The first step of post-press determines the structural integrity of the publication. We are equipped with industry-leading folding and sewing machinery:

• High-Speed Folding Matrix: Our fleet includes fully automatic Stahl BH82, CH78 (4 units), and CH66 (1 unit) folders, alongside Hao Xin HXCP folders. Achieving speeds of up to 23,000 meters/hour and handling maximum sheet sizes of 750x1020mm, they guarantee precise alignment and sharp creases for everything from simple leaflets to complex multi-signature sections. • Precision Sewing & Gathering: We employ fully automatic Müller Martini thread sewing machines and Aster thread sewing machines, reaching speeds of 12,000 signatures/hour. Complemented by 2 collating machines (9 stations) and a nipping machine (12,000 books/shift), this setup firmly secures book blocks, preventing glue failure in hardcover books and extending product lifespan.
