- Saddle Stitching: Equipped with 1 Müller Martini 6-station saddle stitching line (max size 285x420mm), achieving a lightning-fast speed of 13,000 books/hour—perfect for high-volume catalogs, magazines, and manuals.
- Perfect Binding: Featuring 1 Müller Martini 16-station perfect binding line (max thickness 60mm) with a capacity of 6,000 books/hour, meeting the stringent demands of medium-to-thick book blocks.
- Case Binding: Incorporating a Müller Martini Diamond MC entire line and advanced AsterNext case binding equipment (Insert Image 5: AsterNext machine and interface), coupled with a Hao You Fu case maker (3,600 covers/hour), our hardcover line delivers 3,600 books/hour. Additionally, our workshop features single/double loop wire binding and automatic shrink-wrapping machines to further diversify product finishing options.
