Our sheetfed offset department boasts a formidable equipment matrix, incorporating multiple Heidelberg XL and CD series presses (as detailed in our specification charts), along with the high-precision Komori Lithrone G40 (Figure 3).

• Heidelberg XL106-8-P (2 units) & XL105-4 (1 unit): As industry benchmarks, these 3 high-speed 8-color and 4-color presses deliver remarkable throughput at 18,000 sheets per hour. With maximum sheet sizes of 1050x740mm and 1050x750mm respectively, they support CIP4 standard pre-inking and automated perfecting (double-sided printing). Combined with the online color monitoring system, we guarantee color stability from the very first sheet to the last.
• Heidelberg CD102 Series (2 units) & XL75-4 (1 unit): Offering versatile 5-color and 4-color configurations, these machines achieve speeds of up to 16,200 sheets per hour, catering to diverse printing needs ranging from 1020x710mm to large-format sizes.
• Technology and Automation: All our presses are equipped with an intelligent printing navigation system, supporting simultaneous CMYK + 4 spot colors printing, which significantly expands the color gamut and reduces registration errors. Integrated functions like automatic plate changing, automatic washing, and automatic registration drastically shorten makeready times and ensure industrial-grade stability (see factory floor photos in Figures 2 & 4).
