Managed book production
From Customer File
to Finished Shipment
Anhui Xin An Printing Co., Ltd. is a book production company based in Hefei, Anhui, China. We have worked in partnership with Anhui Printing Group since 2014, and our books are printed and bound at its facilities, with full access to its prepress, printing, binding and finishing resources. For every order, Xin An procures the paper, preflights the files before the press starts, and has its own team on site checking each stage of production through to packing.

The book specification defines the production route
Different books call for different production decisions. Format, page count, paper, color, quantity, binding and finishing need to work together. We use those requirements to plan the route and coordinate each handoff, checking the relevant result before the work moves forward.
Quality checks connect every stage, from file readiness to packing handoff.
Customer Files & Production Planning
Production planning starts with the files you supply and the book you want to make. We review the format, page count, paper, color requirements, quantity, binding and finishing together, then translate those requirements into a workable production plan. Questions that could change the route are clarified before technical preparation moves forward, so later decisions follow the same project specification.

Finished-result reference

File Review & Prepress Confirmation

The file review covers trim size, bleed, images, fonts and page consistency. Where a technical issue could affect printing or construction, it needs clarification while the work is still at the file stage. Xin An Printing coordinates that review and the resulting production readiness, so the file can proceed to proofing and preparation with the relevant questions addressed.

Paper Selection & Production Preparation
Paper choice shapes both the feel of a book and the way it moves through production. Type and weight matter, while bulk and thickness can affect the book block and binding. We check the selected material against the intended physical result and the printing route, then coordinate the preparation needed for the job. Paper is considered as part of the whole book specification.
Material suitability checked before production.

Digital Proof & Color Reference Confirmation

A digital proof provides a physical reference for discussing the expected appearance of the printed work. Before press color is evaluated, the production color reference and its role in comparison need to be clear. We coordinate this confirmation so the next stage works from an established basis. The proof's purpose is to guide production judgment; preparing that reference belongs to the prepress and color-management workflow.

Printing &
Color Confirmation
The printing route follows the project specification, with Sheetfed or Web Printing used where appropriate. Production then carries forward the color reference established in prepress. Press output is compared against that reference, and satisfactory confirmation comes before stable production continues. Xin An Printing coordinates the route and the handoff to the next stage, keeping the printed work connected to the requirements of the finished book.

Binding & Finishing
Printed sheets become a physical book through the specified construction route. That may involve Perfect Binding, Saddle Stitching or Thread Sewing, with cover structures including Hardcover, Padded Hardcover and Flexi Bound. We coordinate binding and the finishing required by the project, then check the resulting construction before onward handling. The intended appearance, opening and handling remain part of the specification throughout this transition.

Quality control across the workflow
Quality is not
a final step
Quality control accompanies the job from file readiness to packing handoff. The aim is to identify a problem at its production stage, before it passes into the next one. Checks of material, reference and output contribute to that continuity.
One capability example
One example is automatic signature/collation detection on applicable Saddle Stitching and Perfect Binding lines, which can detect wrong, missing and double signatures. This is a specific binding-stage capability, not a description of every line or every quality check.
Final inspection builds on these earlier confirmations. It brings finished-book condition back to the project requirements before packing and dispatch. The Control Points throughout the workflow keep these handoffs visible.
Explore Quality AssurancePacking, Shipping & Final Handoff
Finished-book condition is checked before the work moves into packing. Protective preparation can include shrink wrapping where applicable, followed by carton packing and identification for handling. Xin An Printing coordinates loading preparation, container loading and the dispatch handoff in relation to the project. The concern at this stage is practical: the books need suitable protection and clear identification as they move from production into shipment preparation.

One managed production route
From the first files to the packed books, the production route follows one project specification. Xin An Printing coordinates the decisions and handoffs that turn that specification into a finished shipment.
