Contact and inquiry information

Anhui Xin An Printing Co., Ltd. uses the company, contact, email and country information you provide to handle your inquiry. Optional information includes your company address, book project and specifications, delivery requirements and project notes. We also record your consent and limited signals needed to prevent misuse of the form.

Specification files and RFQ Summaries

We use your details and any files you upload to review your inquiry and prepare an RFQ Summary and a quote. Files you upload are stored privately and used only for this purpose. This is not print-file preflight, proof approval, an order or a marketing subscription.

Our team receives the RFQ Summary PDF and all accepted original files. A confirmation email is sent to the address you provide only after human verification. It includes the RFQ Summary PDF and a list of the file names and sizes you sent, but not the files themselves.

Website retention and email copies

Ordinary inquiry records and accepted specification files are retained on the website for 7 days; generated summary PDFs are retained for no more than 7 days. The period runs from receipt of the inquiry and is not renewed by reading, downloading or retrying processing. Unfinished form sessions and temporary upload files are retained for no more than 24 hours.

Copies already sent by email are managed separately and are not automatically deleted by website cleanup. Formal customer, contract or order records are subject to separate business retention arrangements. Website backup and deletion arrangements require operational verification before this service is enabled outside the local review environment.

Your choice and questions

Advanced specifications and files are optional. Share only files you are entitled to provide. Please do not include passwords, unrelated personal information or confidential production packages. Contact information is not combined with marketing opt-in.
